At Story Parlor, we are dedicated to ensuring equal access and inclusivity for all guests. We strive to work with individuals on a case-by-case basis to accommodate their specific needs, considering ticket availability and the physical constraints of our facilities.

Our space has been designed to provide a welcoming environment for all. We offer ground-level entry to our wheelchair-accessible box office, performance space, and flexible seating areas. Our accessible restrooms are equipped with appropriate facilities. In case of emergencies, we have accessible emergency exits in place. Early seating is available. Clear and simple signage is posted throughout the space, with high-contrast, large print and images.

While the space does not have dedicated parking, we do provide detailed parking and public transportation instructions on every event page, as well as in all ticket confirmation emails. There is free residential parking directly to the left of the building, as well as in the surrounding neighborhood, along with two paid parking lots within a one-block vicinity.

Although animals are generally not permitted, we make an exception for guide dogs and service animals.

If you require any accommodations during your visit, please inform us in advance, and we will do our utmost to ensure your needs are met to the best of our ability.

We will provide trigger warnings for any content that warrants it, along with the option to retreat to a designated quiet area in the back room.
