We are friends and collaborators offering improv workshops rooted in trust, connection, and joy.
Based in Asheville, we’ve been celebrating improv (and playing) together since 2021—while growing our friendship along the way. 😁
We’re Asheville locals, deeply connected to this community and inspired by people who show up, take risks, and try new things.
Fueled by shared history, deep listening, and a belief that the best improv happens when everyone on stage takes care of each other.
We love what we do, we love who we do it with, and we’re excited to pour into our community—one improv workshop at a time.

Stevie Ramirez is an improviser, comedian, actor, vocalist, clown, teacher, and artist with 15 years of combined performing experience. They enjoy bringing queer and diverse perspectives to their shows and their community.
They have learned from some improv greats such as TJ & Dave, Jill Bernard, Rudy Mendoza, Patrick Rowland, Dan O'Connor, and even some local superstars including Tom Chalmers (with Asheville School of Improv), Misfit, & Adesto Theatre.
They currently perform with several local improv troupes including but not limited to 5 Horsemen of Existentialism (5 HOEs), Men's Warehouse, and Mostly Millennials. -
Nora Tramm, Asheville's only physicist-turned-improv-star, has been a voracious student and practitioner of the art form for nearly a decade.
They have studied and worked with the Asheville School of Improv, Asheville Improv Collective, Speakeasy Improv, Misfit Improv, Adesto Theatre, and the Annoyance (Chicago).
They were a founding member of the popular short-form improv group Skipping to the Good Parts, and these days they can be seen performing around town (and beyond) with troupes including Saturday Manitee, Family Dinner, What's in the Box, and the 5 Horsemen of Existentialism. -
Eric Brown has been doing improv for over a decade. After getting started in Asheville independently, he studied under Asheville Improv Collective (for all you OG’s out there).
He has studied improv with The Annoyance Theatre, Adesto Theatre, taken countless workshops with improv luminaries such as TJ and Dave and Susan Messing, and has worked with Speakeasy Improv, Misfit Improv, and basically every other improv endeavor in Asheville.
He currently writes the Best Medicine column in the Mountain Xpress, and performs with What’s in the Box, My Wife’s Head, Misfit Science Theater, Saturday Manitee, and more independent troupes than he can currently remember.
