Led by a certified Inward & Artward Creative Facilitator, Tikva Kingrea (RYT-200 ), this workshop will explore how spring is showing up in our lives—specifically deliberating on *delight.* Think ripe strawberries. Purple phlox spreading across a moss-rich garden wall. Your favorite sneakers, worn in and warm, piled by the front door, waiting for a neighborhood stroll. The spring season offers each of us a chance to step into our artistic practice with verve, sweetness, and a shaking off of winter hibernation. This workshop is designed to do just that.
We will deep-dive into understanding various poetic techniques, personal themes and voice, as well as have guided group and individual support. This is a "YES, I'LL TAKE TEN BOUQUETS OF TULIPS TO GO WITH MY WRITING" class. We will move gently while playing with creative ways to buoy confidence and craft.

"What a joy to be guided by Tikva in a creative practice of trusting the unknown and experimenting with art-making from a place of play. Tikva energizes a room with her attitude of openness and acceptance and supports discovery through her gentle invitation to allow imagination to flow freely. " - Natalie C.
"Bearing witness to Tikva's brilliant, artistic mind is a privilege. Her writing is like a symphony. Her words encourage a soft vulnerability in all who get to hear them. Living a creative life seems to be like breathing air for Tikva. Because of this, she has a way of inspiring the people who meet her to remember their own inner artist with grace and freedom from judgment. She is a gift!" - Christina S.
"If you want to be a better creative, be around people that inspire you. This is what comes to mind when I think about Tikva, who has been inspiring me for 35 years. To be around her is to constantly be creating – whether with words, actions, paint, soap, sticks, music, or bodies – the things we've created could fill a stadium, and yet it's never enough. My relationship with Tikva paved the way for me to become a creative for my career. My creativity makes me a better partner and a better parent, and the heart of my creativity was built in those formative years alongside Tikva, who was always an ally in weirdness. She is the definition of authenticity. Everything she touches turns to art, including the people around her." - Caroline P.
