Mary lasley (she/her/hers)
As a librarian, Mary has read thousands of books to thousands of students through the years, in addition to her nephews, children, and, really, anyone willing to listen. She believes that the very act of reading with a child impacts both grown-up and child in innumerable ways, always for the better. She welcomes suggestions for new, fabulous read-alouds, and enjoys facilitating conversations surrounding ways to make books come alive for young children.

“Mary created an experience involving reading aloud that simultaneously brought out my inner-child and my deep pride in being a parent that reads to my kids! She reminded me that such a simple joy is also an incredibly powerful tool for bonding and learning at any age.” - Torin K.
