As a facilitator and coach, I create intentional space for telling truths and gently waking to the essence of our true selves. Much of the work involves challenging the inner critic who is constantly narrating an often harmful storyline that we've been conditioned to believe. I work with people who are ready to take back control by re-writing that narrative through honesty, open mindedness, willingness and trust.
