“To be a space holder and energy tender that inspires others to trust their inner knowing, build relationships, and foster community, in order to thrive in and contribute to, a just and equitable world.”

“With courage, Taylor Rose brought her whole self into her offering, and with this opening of vulnerability, allowed us to more honestly explore the stories we tell ourselves that do not serve us and diminish our light. By helping reframe my own story, I can more easily jump into how my life struggles have shaped me into a versatile holder for community.” -Ramin G
“TR leads her workshops from a place deeply rooted in her heart, offering her full authenticity in every moment. She creates a safe and welcoming space for participants to do the same. The wisdom she shares is grounded in her extensive experience as a reproductive healthcare educator and advocate, as well as in the personal journeys and adventures that inspire her.” - Heather BP.
“Taylor Rose is a compassionate guide on this adventure to reframing the stories we tell ourselves. She launched the workshop with a video from her own Alps trek that perfectly set up the metaphor as well as sharing her own vulnerability. I felt encouraged to explore my own negative self talk and to reframe it, through an impactful dyad exercise. The end result — and the depth of the material created in the workshop — was surprising and heartening.” -Alli M.
“TR's strength as a facilitator lies in her ability to trust herself to be herself, and inviting others to do the same. She models the theme of her workshop---Lighter Pack, Lighter Self---both in and out of the workshop, by helping us gently interrogate the narratives that weigh us down, practice our vulnerability skills with others, and learn ways to reframe our story to take back our power as author. Her approach is refreshing, clear, connective, and kind.” - Faye D.
