Instead of asking, “What should I post today?” we'll ask, “What have I been paying attention to?”

Storytelling from Your Practice is a three-hour deep dive for artists, healing practitioners, and creative facilitators who want to cultivate a sustainable writing practice and share the stories emerging from their work.

Together, we'll explore the art of paying attention, gathering ideas, and developing a writing practice that supports you and your nervous system.

Through writing rituals and somatic practices, you'll discover how moments, observations, and conversations can become stories that deepen connection. Instead of asking, “What should I post today?” we'll ask, “What have I been paying attention to?” You'll leave with a collection of story possibilities, one story you've begun developing, and a repeatable approach for noticing, shaping, and sharing stories across newsletters, websites, social media, and beyond.

You’ll leave with a collection of story possibilities gathered from your own practice, one story you've begun developing, and a repeatable approach for noticing, shaping, and sharing future stories, along with fresh inspiration and a sustainable approach to storytelling that feels less like content creation and more like an extension of your whole creative life.

This workshop is for:

  • Artists, healing practitioners, and creative facilitators interested in sharing the stories emerging from their personal and professional practice.

  • Creatives who want to cultivate a sustainable writing practice rooted in their whole creative life.

  • People who sense they have stories to tell but aren’t always sure how to recognize or shape them.

  • People who are curious about or already have a newsletter, Substack, blog, or social media presence and want more clarity on which stories to tell and where to share them.

  • Those who want to share their work in ways that feel thoughtful, connected, and true to their voice rather than performative.

  • Those who want to approach storytelling as a creative practice rather than simply a marketing strategy.
